Making Lifelong Connections (MLC) is a National Maternal and Child Health Training initiative.

Each year there is an annual interactive career development and networking opportunity within the Maternal and Child Health Community. All current and former trainees from MCHB funded training programs are invited to apply!

Making Lifelong Connections 2022 will focus on “Weaving Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism into an MCH Career.” Activities will include Guest Speakers, MCH Trainee Presentations, Mentorship, and Collaborative network building into MCH Leadership Competencies. The meeting will include dynamic speakers, engaging discussions, interactive leadership exercises and several opportunities for building connections thru rich networking activities.

This year’s Making Lifelong Connections will be held in person on April 6 – 8, 2022 in San Diego, California at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter hotel.

Another component to participating in these connections is the Trainee Ambassador Group (TAG). Please consider joining this exciting group, either today or in the future!

We would also like to introduce you to the MCH Trainee virtual platform. Please start engaging with your fellow trainees, both past and present in this unique opportunity! The MCH Trainee Blog at mchleads.com.
